*Monday-Friday shipments only; allow an extra day for weekend and holiday delivery.

** Once your purchase is complete, you will be able to view the available Access Points and the estimated delivery date for your order.  

We ship and deliver on weekdays from Monday to Friday, excluding Dutch national holidays. We cannot guarantee standard delivery over the weekend.

Delivery to hard-to-reach locations may take slightly longer.

Pick up at a UPS Access Point

As an alternative to home delivery, you can ask to collect your order at a UPS Access Point in your area, at a time that is most convenient for you.

  • When your package arrives at the Access Point you will receive an email notification.
  • You will have seven days to collect it.
  • Two days before the package is sent back to the warehouse you will receive a reminder via email and SMS.
  • If you do not collect it within seven days, the package will be returned to us and a refund will be issued.

Identification Requirements: Bring an original form of identification, such as a driver's license, passport, state ID, or military ID. If someone is picking up your package for you, they will need to present both their ID and yours. No signature is required.

As for returns, you can leave your package at any UPS Access Point.

Returns and exchanges

We currently offer free paperless returns, i.e. without a waybil, for up to 30 days. To make a return orrequest an exchange, use the dedicated section of the site (you will need your postcode and ordernumber or email address). Reaistering a return takes just a couple of minutes and reguires a printer.
