Deckers Outdoor Corporation, including its global subsidiaries listed in the “How can I contact Deckers?” section (referred to as “we,” “us,” “our,” or “Deckers”), represents the UGG®, HOKA®, Teva®, and Ahnu® brands. Deckers recognizes that privacy is important. In this Privacy Policy, we describe how we collect, use, and disclose information we obtain about visitors to this website, as well as our other websites (collectively, the “Site”) and the services available through our Site, mobile applications, chat, and any other places where we interact with you (collectively, the “Services”). Some features and functionality (such as the ability to make purchases) are not available on all of our websites, so please contact us with any questions.

This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect about you in our stores, through the Site and Services, and anywhere else where we interact with you. By visiting the Site, using our Services, or sharing information with us, you consent to the processing of your personal information as described in this Policy. Your use of our Site or Services and any dispute over privacy will be subject to this Policy and our Terms of Service (available on this site), including relevant limitations on damages and dispute resolution. What information do we collect about you?

What are our sources of personal information?

We collect information from the following sources:

We collect information directly from you. We collect contact information, financial information, certain identifying information, and demographic information directly from you.

We also collect information about you from third parties. We collect personal information about you from third parties, such as social media sites, third-party apps and services, and data cooperatives. We may collect personally identifiable information about you from Facebook, in accordance with Facebook's terms of use and privacy policy. We purchase and trade contact information, demographic information, business information, and internet and electronic activity with third-party data cooperatives and other data aggregators. When you choose to participate in certain programs, such as challenges and loyalty programs with third-party apps, those third-party apps will share personal information with us to provide those services to you.

We collect information from you passively. We collect Internet or other electronic activity passively using tools such as browser cookies, web beacons and tracking pixels, SDKs, and other similar technologies. This activity is further described in the section titled “How We Use Cookies and Other Tracking Mechanisms.”

Combining Information. We may combine information you provide online and in our stores and across your devices. We may also combine this information with publicly available information and information we receive from or match with third parties. We use this combined information to improve and personalize your shopping experience with us, to communicate directly with you about our products and events that may be of interest to you, and for other promotional and marketing purposes.

Our systems do not honor browser do not track requests, but many of these third parties allow you to opt-out of targeted advertising. You can opt-out of many third-party ad networks, including those operated by members of the Network Advertising Initiative (“NAI”) and the Digital Advertising Alliance (“DAA”), and in Europe, the European Interaction Digital Advertising Alliance (“EIDAA”). Is it possible to publish on the Site?

We love hearing from our customers. We encourage you to post comments, such as reviews of our products, photos, videos, and other information to be made available on our Site. If you post content to our Site, any information you post will be available to all visitors to the Site, along with your name and the city/state/country of your choosing who wrote the review (if applicable). You have the ability to access and correct, and in some cases delete, the personal information we have about you. If you have created an account with us, you can access, update, and correct the personal information you have submitted by logging into your account. Will you transfer my information outside of my country of residence?

We will collect, use and process certain information, including your name, email address, mailing address and credit card information, to provide you with our Services. We may transfer this information outside of your country and to other countries where Deckers maintains facilities, including the United States, which may not have equivalent data protection standards as your country. However, we implement all necessary and appropriate legal, organizational and technical measures to lawfully transfer your personal information.
